Eldorado Partners with Recall Systems, Inc.

Atlanta, Georgia/Phoenix, Arizona – 31 October 2002 – Recall Systems Incorporated (RSI) and Eldorado Computing Inc. have signed a strategic alliance agreement to promote RSI’s FaxRecall solution to customers using Eldorado’s industry leading claims administration system. FaxRecall increases Customer Service efficiencies, reduces operational costs and improves specific internal processes for customers using the Eldorado HEALTHpac system.

FaxRecall is an automated voice response system taking provider calls and using fax back technology to instantly supply written verification of coverage, validation of eligibility, claims status, and benefit information. It is currently used by TPAs and single employers around the country providing 24 x 7 customer service.
