W. Thomas Castleberry, Vice Chairman and CEO

Tom is an investor and Chairman of the Board at Eldorado. A graduate of the University of California at Davis, Tom brings 35 years of experience in the ASP and software industry to Eldorado. For the last 20 years Tom has served as the CEO of Anasazi, Inc., a software and services company he founded. He has executed turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, and developed successful strategies in a consistently shifting environment.

David J. Hawkes, Chief Technology Officer

After attending St. John’s College and Massey University in New Zealand, David has devoted 27 years in the applications programming field with 18 years in healthcare. His expertise was developed during a five-year stint at Information Management Services in New Zealand, where he specialized in inventory control and payroll applications. David’s finely honed programming skills and dedication have been assets of Eldorado for 10 years as Vice President of Development. Mr. Hawkes now serves as Chief Technology Officer.

Naomi Walker, Chief Information Officer

As an IT professional for over 25 years, Naomi has functioned as an application and systems programmer, office automation specialist, database and systems administrator and in management roles for technology groups. Her specialty is running demanding 24x7 application service provider (ASP) environments. Most recently, she managed online transaction processing for large customers in the hospitality industry such as Hilton Hotels. Naomi is currently the Chief Information Officer, in charge of enterprise technology for Eldorado. Naomi joined Eldorado in April of 2001.

Len Miller, Senior Vice President of Operations

Joining Eldorado in 2002, Len is currently serving Eldorado as Sr. Vice President of Operations. Len has over 30 years experience delivering product solutions for the information services, financial, travel, hospitality, and healthcare management markets. Len has held key leadership positions and managed development and operational areas for a number of software and services companies including Lodgistix, Anasazi, First Data Corporation, Hypercom, and First Consulting Group.

Hossein Abdollahi, Senior Vice President of Professional Services

Hossein Abdollahi has functioned as a senior level executive in the software, healthcare, and hardware industries with 22 years of hands-on experience in all major operational areas managing multi-unit national and international divisions for fortune 500 companies. Hossein has successfully led implementations of multimillion dollar projects for the leading national healthcare systems. Areas of expertise include: healthcare business process outsourcing (BPO) implementations, professional and implementation services, project/process development and management, product design, development, assurance, deployment and support and business development.

Prior to joining Eldorado, Hossein worked for various Fortune 500 companies, including: First Data Corporation, First Consulting Group, TriZetto, Blue Shield of California, Ipec and Catholic Healthcare West.

Kerry Winkle, Senior Vice President of Sales and Strategic Planning

Kerry brings 30 years of Health Insurance Industry Sales experience to Eldorado. Kerry was an Independent Group Health Insurance broker for 10 years and a Health Insurance Company Director of Sales for 5 years. Kerry joined Eldorado in 1994 first as a Regional Vice President of Sales where he was Eldorado’s top sales person and then assumed the role of National Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Kerry left Eldorado in 2003 and became a Sales Executive for Quality Care Solutions (QCSI), (now part of TriZetto). Kerry retuned to Eldorado in February 2008 to assume his current position.

Laura Ross, Vice President of Sales

Laura has focused on the benefits administration marketplace for more than 15 years, collaborating with TPAs, health plans and insurance carriers on I.T. automation initiatives. She has served as the executive director of a software user group, managing the client advisory board as well as payer education programs. She also acted as a lead relationship manager for strategic client accounts where she managed client servicing, satisfaction and sales. Her experience includes positions with TriZetto/RIMS, Computer Sciences Corporation and Companion Technologies plus served as an aide to a U.S. Congressman.

Jane Plant, Vice President of Product Services

Jane Plant brings over 25 years of healthcare business experience to her position with Eldorado. Jane specializes in healthcare operations performance and quality, productivity measurement, along with financial analysis. After obtaining degree in Nursing and working in critical care, Jane entered the insurance field conducting medical audits for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska and then joined Mountain States Administrators. Her in-depth knowledge of the industry and hands-on expertise in implementation of major projects has resulted in many client successes.

Jane’s areas of expertise are BPO operations, business assessment and re-engineering, customer service, application development and deployment, plus business process implementation and training.

Jon Baltzell, Vice President of Client Services

After attending Kansas State College of Pittsburg, Jon Baltzell spent the next 25 years developing applications for a variety of industries, primarily in the healthcare field. During the course of that time, he served in senior management for a Union Fund and was a principal of his own software development firm. Jon came to Eldorado after being a client for 12 years to head the Client Services Department.
